Major at Williams: English

 

I was an English major. Sophomore year, desperate to find classes that didn’t make my eyeballs spin from the stack of tomes we had to read, I discovered Art Design and took the full gamut.

I’m following a path that incorporates the two fields nicely. Making bronze sculptures for the past 25 years, more recently and concurrently, I have moved into writing poetry. It’s been a pleasure getting back to plain old-fashioned pencil and paper.
